The team at Innovative Marine Coatings remember this job as if it was only yesterday. This one was done all the way back in 2016 and we remember how faded and run down this Beneteau 50 looked before we had applied the vinyl wrap. One of the problems the owners were experiencing at the time, was that no matter how hard and how many times they tried to polish the boat, they just couldn't get it to look brand new again. The Innovative Wraps team gave this awesome Dehler 30 a new vinyl hull wrap using 3M Print Wrap Film (IJI80MC and 8548). We are very happy with the outcome of the project as it's a little different from our usual projects, which are often singular colours. The Innovative Wraps team recently supplied and installed a brand new stainless steel boat name for our good mate and great customer John at Affinity superyacht. The M/Y AFFINITY is a custom built 100ft yacht. We've been lucky to work on this boat in the past so we are quite familiar with it. The new stainless steel signs are now located on the transom. To ensure that the boat name was nice and visible we made them 200mm high wit the "SYDNEY" sign placed below at 55mm high. Click on the photos to enlarge. The Innovative Wraps team gave this 72ft Princess a new makeover, a makeover that was desperately needed too. It was a solid weeks worth of work, with a lot of prepping as there were the sections that had started to split over time which required grinding back and filling. The sections of the interior we wrapped was the saloon, galley, helm and the walls of the stairwells. See pictures below with the new 3M 2080-M230 Matte Grey Aluminium vinyl installed! This superstructure cabin wrap on the Ghost 1 is another one of our bigger projects we had done and super proud to be a part of. This is one of our earlier projects done by the Innovative Marine Coatings team that dates all the way back in 2016! This Cavalier 37 at the time was about 30 years old, the original paint was fading away and was looking very run down. This beautiful Dehler 42C was wrapped by the Innovative Marine Coatings team at Woolwich Dock. The hull is wrapped using a 3M vinyl Gloss Anthracite finish, but what makes this Dehler 42c stunning is the white pinstripes as per the original that comes out of the Dehler factory. A makeover done by the Innovative Marine Coatings team at White Bay 6. For this project, we used 3M 1080 Sterling Silver on the hull to give this boat a complete new look. The video below will show you the condition of the boat (badly faded) before we had it looking as good as new. This hull wrap project, a Beneteau Monte Carlo 42 Cruiser was done at Fenwicks Marina by the Innovative Wraps team. The boat, originally navy blue but faded over time (as you'll see from the photos below), underwent a fresh makeover using 3M Gloss Sterling Silver (G251) vinyl wrap. This choice not only refreshed its appearance but also provided enhanced durability and UV protection for many more years. Before Colour completely fade and looking very tired. This monstrous 75ft Technomarine super yacht was done by the Innovative Marine Coatings team at Goat Island slipway in Sydney. It was a long week worth of work, but thanks to the Goat Island team who got the scaffolding set up for us it made the install possible. This 43 Fibrafort vinyl wrap project was done by Innovative Wraps. The existing wrap on the hull and roof had started to look worn out especially the roof as it suffered sun damage. 3M Gloss Black Hull Wrap plus 3m Gloss Black & White Roof Wrap We used 3M Gloss Black (G12) to wrap the hull (sides only) and 3M Gloss White (G10) and 3M Gloss Black (G12) for the roof. We mounted a clear laminate on top of the Gloss Black and White for extra longevity. The Innovative Wraps team took on an exterior wrap project on this Ranger 52. We wrapped parts of the main cabin, flybridge hard-top and around the targa using 2080 3M Gloss White (G10). This was done at Holmeport Marina and took us around 4 days to complete. We are glad to have been involved in this project now that the boat looks much cleaner overall. A project done at the start of the year by the Innovative Wraps team, it was another one of our first projects for 2022! This interior wrap project was done in a span of two days at Rushcutters bay, D'albora Marina. The 55ft Ferretti had 3 bathrooms where the old colour, supposedly marble had a ghastly and an unappealing look to it. The owner Sam wanted to wrap each bathroom with a stone type look so we had asked him to select a colour from the LG Benif vinyl range and in the end chose RM051. This project was done by the Innovative Wraps team. As you'll see from the photos below, the bar on the top deck of Ghost II was in desperate of repair. With natural wear and tear occurring and being in direct sunlight the old wrap had started to crack. We used a 3mm acrylic sheet and matte black vinyl.
