Quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.

If project details change after a quotation has been issued, including vessel size, condition, requested materials or scope of work, the quotation may be revised.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for the period specified within the quotation.

Orders submitted through our website are subject to acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel or refuse any order where:

• products become unavailable

• pricing errors occur

• payment cannot be authorised

• fraudulent activity is suspected

• incorrect information has been provided

An order is not considered accepted until confirmation has been issued.

Because these products are manufactured specifically for individual customers, they generally cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned once production has commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Installation appointments are scheduled by agreement with the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• the vessel is accessible

• the work area is safe

• accurate project information has been provided

• required approvals have been obtained where necessary

Additional charges may apply where installation cannot proceed due to circumstances outside our control.

We make every effort to display products, colours and finishes as accurately as possible.

However:

• colours may appear differently between devices

• printed materials may differ slightly from actual products

• lighting conditions may affect appearance

• installed finishes may vary depending on surface condition

Certain products and installation services may include manufacturer or workmanship warranties.

Warranty coverage varies depending on:
