  • A Smarter Way to Protect Kitchen Surfaces with PPF in Sydney

At Innovative Wraps, we’re known for marine projects but the same advanced materials we use on boats are just as effective in residential spaces. This recent job in Macquarie Park shows how Paint Protection Film (PPF) can completely upgrade and protect a modern kitchen. The goal was simple: protect high-use surfaces while refining the overall look of the space. Using a matte finish PPF, we were able to reduce glare especially on the mirrored splashback while giving the kitchen a softer, more premium feel. At the same time, the film adds a durable protective layer that helps guard against scratches, stains, and everyday wear. This is where PPF for kitchen surfaces really stands out. Instead of replacing stone or glass, you can extend the life of your existing finishes with a solution that’s fast, cost-effective, and virtually invisible. The result is a clean, modern kitchen that not only looks better but is far easier to maintain over time. As more homeowners discover the benefits of kitchen benchtop PPF in Sydney, it’s quickly becoming a go-to option for protecting high-end interiors without compromising on design. If you’re looking to upgrade and protect your kitchen surfaces, Innovative Wraps offers professional PPF installation for interiors across Sydney, delivering long-lasting results with a premium finish.

  • Marine Interior Wrap Transformation on 84ft Motor Yacht SALT

At Innovative Wraps, we not only specialise in exterior wraps but marine interior wraps that transform yacht interiors without the cost, downtime and complexity of traditional refits. One of our recent projects  the 84ft motoryacht SALT  is a perfect example of how strategic vinyl wrapping can modernise a vessel while maintaining a premium finish. Located in Birchgrove, SALT  is a luxury motor yacht fit for up to 49 guests over three levels designed for comfort and style. The brief for this project was to refresh key interior areas using high-quality materials that would elevate the overall look while standing up to harsh marine conditions. SALT underwent a targeted yacht interior wrap upgrade, focusing on multiple zones throughout the vessel. Inside the wheelhouse, we supplied and installed a matte black vinyl wrap across the window surrounds and frames, covering approximately three metres. This finish not only creates a sharp, modern aesthetic but also reduces glare, an important functional benefit when navigating. In the flybridge, the timber surfaces beneath the lounge were wrapped in a grey vinyl that was supplied onboard. This approach allowed us to refresh the space without removing or replacing existing materials, a key advantage of boat interior vinyl wrapping. The result is a cleaner, more contemporary look that also adds a layer of protection against wear, moisture, and UV exposure. The most noticeable transformation took place in the accommodation areas. We supplied a textured white pearl vinyl (LX Benif SF011), selected by the project designer, and applied it to the vertical walls in the bedrooms. This included the front and rear walls of the master cabin as well as the front wall of the forward cabin. The finish introduces subtle texture and light reflection, giving the spaces a brighter, more refined feel similar to what you’d expect in a high-end hotel suite. This is where marine interior wrapping in Sydney really shines, offering a luxury result without invasive renovation work. Projects like this highlight why more yacht owners are choosing marine interior wraps as a smarter alternative to traditional refurbishment. Instead of costly joinery replacement, wrapping allows you to completely change the look of your interior at a fraction of the cost. It’s also significantly faster, meaning less downtime for your vessel. Most importantly, the materials we use are designed specifically for marine environments, handling humidity, salt exposure and UV conditions with ease. In addition to the SALT project, we also installed Paint Protection Film (PPF) on the lounge area of another vessel, the Empress.  This included applying PPF to glass tables that needed refreshing and protection. PPF is an excellent solution for safeguarding high-impact surfaces from scratches and environmental damage, making it a valuable investment for preserving the long-term condition and value of any boat. The transformation of SALT  is a strong example of how yacht vinyl wrapping can deliver a modern, high-end finish while remaining practical and durable. From the sleek matte black wheelhouse details to the soft textured bedroom walls, every element was designed to enhance both aesthetics and functionality onboard. If you’re considering upgrading your vessel, boat interior wraps in Sydney offer a flexible and cost-effective solution. Whether it’s a full interior refresh or targeted updates like this project, Innovative Wraps can help bring your vision to life with premium materials and expert installation.

  • 50ft Ocean Alexander Yacht Re-Wrap in 3M Satin Thundercloud

The vision for this project was a clean, contemporary refresh that would honour the lines of a well-loved 50ft Ocean Alexander motor yacht. After years on the water, the existing boat wrap had done its job, it was time to strip it back and start fresh. The goal was a deep, sophisticated topside finish paired with a crisp white waterline stripe and a polished silver highlight, all coming together to give this vessel a presence that turns heads at the marina and out on the harbour. 3M Satin Thundercloud on the Topsides and Transom The primary colour selected for the topsides and transom is 3M 1080 Satin Thundercloud (2080-S271), a cool, dark grey with a satin sheen that shifts beautifully in changing light. Unlike a gloss hull wrap, satin brings a refined, almost understated elegance to a yacht of this size, while still offering the durability and UV protection that the harsh marine environment demands. The full re-wrap covers the topsides and transom, requiring careful removal of the existing vinyl wrap before any new film can be applied a critical step in ensuring proper adhesion and a flawless, bubble-free finish on a fibreglass hull. Satin Thundercloud Colour Swatch Running along the waterline, a Gloss White stripe (3M 2080-G10) introduces contrast and movement to the hull profile. On a vessel this length, the waterline stripe is one of the most defining design elements  it separates the hull from the water and gives the boat its visual speed and stance. The final width, trimmed between 3 and 4 inches, is always best confirmed on the hard, where the proportions of the vessel and the natural light can properly inform the outcome. The Finishing Touch — 19mm Silver Highlight Boat Stripe The highlight stripe is a 19mm silver band a refined detail that bridges the dark Thundercloud body with the white stripe below. Its role is to add depth and finish to the overall composition, the kind of considered detail that signals genuine craftsmanship when you pull up alongside the boat at the dock or berth. It's what separates a well-executed marine vinyl wrap from something that simply covers the hull. Completing the project is a set of vinyl registration signs. The registration produced in white vinyl at 157mm high by 700mm wide a clean, legible format that meets NSW maritime requirements without disrupting the visual balance of the hull. Installation is included as part of the same scope of works. Work is scheduled around the vessel's slipping at d'Albora Boatyard, The Spit one of Sydney's premier boatyards and a location our team knows well. Working around a vessel's out-of-water haulout window means coordinating surface preparation, film application and sign installation efficiently across multiple days, ensuring every panel is laid perfectly across the complex curves and transitions of a 50ft motor yacht hull. Clean, Compliant and On-Brand Projects like this one are a reminder of what a professional full re-wrap can achieve for a prestige motor yacht. The Ocean Alexander is already a beautiful hull the 3M Satin Thundercloud finish simply allows it to be seen the way it deserves. Innovative Wraps specialises in marine vinyl wraps , boat hull wraps, yacht branding and marine paint protection film (PPF) , serving Sydney, the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. We wrap motor yachts, superyachts, sailboats and commercial vessels using premium 3M marine films. Our services include interior vinyl refits, waterline stripe application, custom boat registration signs , and stainless steel and LED-lit boat names delivering a standout finish both on and off the water.

  • Exterior Vinyl Branding on Starship Sydney For The AIB Event Takeover

The vision for this project centred on elevating the presence of AIB (Australian Institute of Business) through large-scale branding that works with the sleek, modern profile of the vessel. Rather than relying on subtle signage, the approach embraced scale and visibility, ensuring the brand could be seen across the harbour, along the wharf and from surrounding vantage points. The application spans an impressive three metres in height and 23 metres in length on each side of the Starship Sydney, turning the vessel into a striking visual centrepiece. Unlike a static building, a vessel interacts constantly with light, water reflections and changing perspectives. The artwork needed to be carefully prepared to maintain clarity and consistency at this scale, particularly as viewers would encounter it from different distances and angles. The AIB graphic elements were designed so that arrows point toward the front of the vessel and ensuring the branding reads naturally as the boat moves through the water. Working in a waterfront environment introduces variables such as wind, moisture and restricted access, all of which must be managed without compromising quality. Because there was no need to remove existing decals, the focus remained firmly on precise placement and achieving a flawless finish across both sides of the vessel within a tight timeframe. The scale of the branding ensured it stood out both on the water and from the shore, turning the vessel into more than just a venue. It became an extension of the brand experience, delivering a strong visual impact and leaving a lasting impression on attendees. Following the event, removal of the decal was planned for the next day, subject to confirmation with the vessel operators. This short-term application highlights the flexibility of vinyl branding for event-based activations, allowing brands to achieve maximum exposure without long-term commitment. Exterior vinyl branding on a vessel like Starship Sydney demonstrates how creative execution and technical precision can come together to deliver something truly memorable. When handled correctly, it offers an unmatched combination of scale, visibility, and atmosphere, making it an ideal solution for brands looking to stand out in premium waterfront locations. Innovative Wraps specialises in marine and architectural vinyl wraps, serving Sydney, the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. We wrap yachts, superyachts, sailboats and commercial vessels using premium marine films. Our services include   interior  refits with 3M and LX vinyl, the application of marine   paint protection film  (PPF) and   branding for charter vessels . • Inside the Starship Sydney SailGP Experience

When world-class sailing meets world-class event design , the result is something unforgettable. That was exactly the case with the Adrenaline Lounge branding aboard Starship Sydney , a premium charter vessel docked at King Street Wharf, brought to life for an electrifying SailGP weekend. The Adrenaline Lounge is SailGP’s premium, invitation-only hospitality experience, designed for partners and VIP guests to immerse themselves in the intensity of race day from a truly elevated perspective. Positioned on the water with prime viewing access, it offers front-row seats to the action often close to the finish line where the speed and precision of SailGP racing can be felt in real time.  Setting the Stage With event days locked in, the mission was clear, transform Starship Sydney into a high-impact branded environment that reflected the energy, speed and prestige of SailGP while seamlessly integrating multiple partner identities. Unlike many branding projects, this wasn’t about starting from scratch. Existing decals were to remain, meaning the challenge was layering new visuals in a way that enhanced rather than cluttered the space. The Starship Sydney, already an impressive venue, became a live canvas, gradually evolving into a branded hub that captured the spirit of SailGP. Branding That Speaks Volumes The visual identity of the Adrenaline Lounge was driven by various SailGP partners, each bringing their own distinct look and feel into the space. The challenge was to create cohesion without compromise allowing every partner brand to stand out while still maintaining a unified, premium aesthetic throughout the vessel. Finished in a matte, bubble-free application, the result was clean, refined and perfectly suited to the high-end environment. Precision in Production Behind the scenes, attention to detail made all the difference. The use of matte-finish vinyl ensured minimal glare under varying lighting conditions, while the bubble-free application delivered a flawless finish worthy of a premium event setting. Every decal and panel had to align perfectly not just physically, but visually. Consistency across multiple designs and partner assets required meticulous coordination between design, print, and installation teams. Branding flowed naturally throughout the vessel, creating an immersive environment that complemented the excitement of SailGP racing just beyond the harbour. From reserved seating to branded touchpoints, every detail contributed to a cohesive, high-energy atmosphere that elevated the guest experience. The Adrenaline Lounge on Starship Sydney showcased what’s possible when logistics, design and execution align perfectly. In a high-pressure, time-restricted environment, the team delivered a polished, premium branding experience that matched the intensity of SailGP itself. It’s a reminder that great events aren’t just about what people see they’re about how seamlessly everything comes together behind the scenes. And in this case, it all came together beautifully right on the water. Innovative Wraps specialises in marine and architectural vinyl wraps, serving Sydney, the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. • Stainless Steel LED Custom Signage for Maritimo M55

When it comes to boat signage, it’s not just about visibility it’s about identity. The custom stainless steel LED-lit “SULLY” sign, produced for a Maritimo M55 at Trinity Point, Lake Macquarie, is a perfect example of how thoughtful design and precision engineering come together to elevate a vessel’s presence. Built for Impact and Durability Designed specifically for a flat mounting surface, this 600mm-wide illuminated sign balances clean aesthetics with marine-grade durability. Crafted from polished 316 stainless steel, the lettering delivers a premium, mirror-like finish that complements the sleek lines of the Maritimo M55. Attention to detail was critical with a smooth, high-end appearance that reflects both daylight and ambient lighting. This isn’t just signage, it’s a permanent design feature of the vessel. This backlit glow enhances legibility at night while maintaining a subtle, sophisticated feel, never harsh or overpowering. The result is a clean, floating effect that gives the name “SULLY” a premium presence after dark. Marine signage needs to withstand far more than typical indoor or commercial installations. This build was designed to perform in demanding conditions: 100% waterproof construction, ideal for marine electrical systems Corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel, built for long-term exposure to saltwater environments Every component was selected to ensure longevity, reliability, and minimal maintenance. The process began with detailed artwork using the Montserrat font, chosen for its modern, clean lines and excellent readability. From there, the sign was carefully fabricated, wired, and tested to ensure consistent illumination and structural integrity. For the Maritimo M55 at Trinity Point, the finished “Sully” sign delivers exactly what premium vessel branding should: Clean, modern typography High-end material finish Subtle yet striking illumination Long-lasting marine performance Custom LED boat signage like this goes beyond function. It enhances the vessel’s identity, increases perceived value, and creates a standout presence both at the dock and on the water. For owners who care about detail, quality, and presentation, a well-executed illuminated sign is one of the most impactful upgrades you can make.

  • AIA Event Branding on Starship Sydney

For the recent AIA event aboard the Starship Sydney, the goal was clear, fully immerse guests in a cohesive, high-impact branded environment from the moment they stepped onto the vessel. While already impressive on its own, the challenge was to transform the vessel into a seamless extension of the AIA brand without disrupting its architectural elegance.   The branding execution focused on visibility, consistency, and flow across multiple touchpoints throughout the vessel. Rather than concentrating branding in a single area, the strategy ensured guests encountered the AIA identity at every stage of their journey onboard. Both bars across each level were wrapped with corflute branding panels featuring the AIA logo and approved artwork. These areas naturally attract attention, making them ideal for reinforcing brand presence while guests gather, order drinks, and socialise. The first and second floor windows were transformed according to design mockups, creating a strong visual identity within the interior spaces. These installations served two purposes: Enhancing the internal ambience with bold, consistent visuals Acting as a backdrop for photos, encouraging social sharing and brand amplification One of the most impactful elements was the branding applied to the outside windows on both sides of the vessel. This extended the AIA presence beyond the interior, turning the entire ship into a moving brand statement visible from the harbour. There was also consideration for additional exterior placements, including railings, further amplifying visibility and ensuring the branding could be seen from multiple vantage points. This project highlights how thoughtful placement, scale and consistency can transform a venue into something far more powerful branded journey. Why It Matters Event branding at this level does more than decorate a space it: Reinforces brand identity through repetition and immersion Enhances guest experience with a polished, intentional environment Creates shareable moments that extend reach beyond the event itself On a venue like Starship Sydney, the opportunity isn’t just to host an event it’s to own the space completely. And that’s exactly what this branding execution achieved. • Boat Vinyl Wrapping in Sydney and What Local Owners Should Know

Boat vinyl wrapping has become one of the most popular ways for Sydney boat owners to transform the look of their vessel without the cost and downtime of a full repaint. Whether you want a sleek colour change , custom graphics , or branding for a commercial charter vessel, vinyl wraps offer a fast, flexible solution that performs well in the harsh marine environment. If you’re considering a boat wrap in Sydney, there are a few important things local boat owners should know before starting a project. Why Boat Vinyl Wrapping Is Popular in Sydney Sydney’s boating lifestyle is unique. With iconic waterways like Sydney Harbour, Pittwater, and the Hawkesbury River, boats are constantly exposed to strong sunlight, saltwater and regular use. Vinyl wrapping has become popular because it provides both visual impact and practical protection. High-quality marine vinyl films can refresh an ageing hull, protect the original surface and create a completely new look in a couple of days without permanently altering the boat. Wrap vs Paint, What Sydney Boat Owners Should Consider Many owners compare vinyl wrapping with repainting when updating their boat. Vinyl wraps offer several advantages: Faster installation (often completed in days rather than weeks) Lower overall cost compared with marine repainting Easily removable if you want to change the look later Wide range of colours, textures, and custom graphics A wrap can also be an excellent option for boats with oxidised gelcoat, giving the vessel a refreshed appearance without the extensive preparation required for paint. Choosing the Right Vinyl Finish Boat wraps are available in a wide variety of finishes , allowing owners to personalise their vessel. Gloss Wraps, a high-shine finish that resembles a fresh paint job and highlights the boat’s shape. Matte or Satin Wraps, modern, non-reflective finishes that create a sleek and distinctive look. Metallic and Speciality Films, subtle metallic finishes or textured wraps that stand out at the marina. Many Sydney boat owners choose wraps simply to move away from the standard white hull that most boats come with. Custom Graphics and Branding for Charter Boats Vinyl wraps are not only used for colour changes. Many commercial operators in Sydney use boat wraps for: Charter vessel branding Event or sponsorship graphics Promotional campaigns on Sydney Harbour Custom boat names and stripes High-quality vinyl graphics can turn a boat into a moving billboard or luxury business event giving businesses strong brand awareness and boosting brand experiences. How Long Do Boat Wraps Last? The lifespan of a marine vinyl wrap depends on several factors: Quality of the vinyl film Installation quality Exposure to sunlight How the boat is stored Regular cleaning and maintenance With professional installation and proper care, many boat wraps can last several years while maintaining colour and adhesion.Routine washing and avoiding harsh cleaning chemicals can significantly extend the life of a wrap. Is a Boat Wrap Right for Your Vessel? Boat vinyl wrapping is ideal for owners who want to: Refresh an older hull Change the colour of their boat Add custom graphics or branding Protect existing surfaces Achieve a premium finish without repainting For many Sydney boat owners, it’s a practical way to give a vessel a completely new look with minimal downtime. If you're based in Sydney and want to explore colour options, graphics, or full hull wraps, the team at Innovative Wraps can help you plan a design that suits your boat and your style. • Gloss vs Matte Boat Wraps and Which Finish Is Right for Your Boat?

Choosing the right finish for your boat wrap is just as important as selecting the colour itself. The finish you choose affects the overall look, maintenance requirements and how your vessel performs visually on the water. Two of the most popular options for marine vinyl wraps are gloss and matte finishes. Each offers its own advantages and the right choice depends on your style, usage and long-term expectations. This guide will help you compare gloss vs matte boat wraps so you can decide which finish is the best fit for your vessel. What Is a Gloss Boat Wrap? A gloss boat wrap provides a smooth, reflective finish similar to fresh paint . It enhances colour depth and highlights the boat’s lines, giving a clean, premium look that stands out on the water. Benefits of gloss boat wraps: High-shine, paint-like finish Enhances hull shape and design lines Easy to clean and maintain Rich, vibrant colour appearance Suits both classic and modern boats What Is a Matte Boat Wrap? A matte boat wrap has a smooth, non-reflective surface that creates a sleek, modern look. By absorbing light rather than reflecting it, matte finishes offer a more subtle and distinctive appearance. Benefits of matte boat wraps: Modern, low-glare finish Unique and understated look Reduces reflections in bright sunlight Great for custom or performance-style designs Gloss vs Matte Boat Wraps: Key Differences When comparing gloss vs matte boat wraps, the main differences come down to appearance and maintenance. Gloss wraps are generally easier to clean and more forgiving when it comes to water spots, salt residue and light marks. Matte finishes require a bit more care, as they can show fingerprints, scuffs and uneven cleaning if not maintained properly. From a visual perspective, gloss reflects light and draws attention, while matte offers a softer, more refined presence. Your choice should reflect how you want your boat to look both underway and at the dock. Which Boat Wrap Finish Is Best for You? If you want a classic, high-end look that resembles a professional paint job and is easy to maintain, a gloss boat wrap is usually the best option. It’s ideal for most recreational and commercial vessels and remains the most popular choice in marine vinyl wrapping. If you prefer a modern, custom appearance with a distinctive edge and minimal glare, a matte boat wrap may be the right fit. It’s especially suited to owners looking for a unique style or a performance-inspired aesthetic. You should also consider how often the boat is used, where it’s stored and how much maintenance you’re willing to do to keep the finish looking its best. Why Choose a Vinyl Boat Wrap? Whether you choose gloss or matte, a marine vinyl wrap offers several advantages over repainting. Boat wraps provide faster installation, lower costs and the flexibility to change colours or branding in the future. They also help protect the original gelcoat from UV exposure, salt, and everyday wear. Professional installation is essential to ensure durability and a flawless finish, especially in harsh marine environments. Professional Boat Wrapping by Innovative Wraps Our team works with premium materials and proven installation techniques to ensure your vessel looks great and stays protected. • EHPlabs Sleek Event Branding Installed on Starship Aqua

Bold event branding was installed onboard the iconic Starship Aqua at King Street Wharf. The activation featured custom vinyl decals displaying the distinctive EHPlabs branding, transforming the onboard bar areas into branded focal points for guests attending the evening event. The goal was to deliver clean, professional branding that would stand out throughout the venue while maintaining the sleek interior of the vessel. The event setup focused on two bar areas onboard the vessel. In total, three full-colour EHPlabs logo decals were produced and installed. Two large decals were applied to the main bar area, while a third was placed on the top deck bar to ensure the brand remained visible across multiple levels of the event space. The logos were installed using high-quality vinyl to ensure vibrant colour reproduction and crisp detail, matching the official EHPlabs branding exactly as provided in the artwork. Event branding often requires tight turnaround times and this installation was completed just hours before guests arrived. The decals were applied directly onto the bar panels without needing to remove existing graphics, allowing for a smooth and efficient setup.Because the branding was specifically created for this one-night activation, the decals were designed to be fully removable after the event. This approach allows brands like EHPlabs to temporarily transform venues for product launches, corporate events, or private functions without making permanent changes to the space. Temporary event branding is a powerful way to elevate an event space and create a memorable experience for guests. Whether on boats, bars, venues, or pop-up activations, professionally installed vinyl graphics help brands stand out and reinforce their identity throughout the event. • 53ft Princess Yacht Hull Wrap in High Gloss White Aluminium

At Innovative Wraps, we regularly help boat owners refresh the appearance of their vessels without the time and expense of a full repaint . One of our recent marine projects involved a 53ft Princess motor yacht undergoing a complete hull wrap transformation . The goal of this project was to replace the yacht’s existing blue hull finish with a sleek, modern high-gloss metallic white, giving the vessel a fresh and contemporary appearance on the water while maintaining the classic elegance associated with the Princess brand. The areas of the hull previously finished in blue were wrapped in 3M 2080 HG-120 High Gloss White Aluminium , a high-end vinyl film designed to deliver a deep gloss, paint-like finish with a subtle metallic effect. The new colour gives the yacht a clean, modern appearance while still complementing the classic design lines that Princess yachts are known for. To enhance the updated hull colour, the existing accent stripe was retained in the same position but changed to a 100mm dark blue stripe, creating a crisp contrast against the bright metallic white finish. As part of the exterior refresh, the yacht’s registration was also replaced with new dark blue lettering in Arial font and installed in the same location as the original markings. This project highlights how a professional hull wrap can completely transform the appearance of a vessel while significantly reducing downtime compared to traditional marine paint. • Luxury Interior Boat Wrap for a 72ft Princess Motor Yacht

One of our recent projects at Innovative Wraps involved a beautifully built 72ft Princess Motor Yacht, formerly known as the Phantom, located at the Sydney Superyacht Marina. The project aimed to modernise the yacht’s interior by updating the lighter timber finishes throughout the vessel while preserving selected darker timber features that contribute to the yacht’s original luxury aesthetic. By carefully combining new materials with existing design elements, the final result enhances the overall interior without losing the character and craftsmanship of the yacht. Our team worked across multiple areas of the yacht, including the saloon, galley, hallway, master cabin, guest cabins, crew cabins and ensuites. The primary finish selected for the interior was Premium Wood NW114 , a sophisticated timber-effect architectural vinyl designed to deliver a refined and contemporary look while remaining durable enough for marine conditions. For the bathrooms and wet areas, Stucco MLS03 was selected to provide a textured, modern finish suited to moisture-prone environments. Many of the lighter timber features in this area were wrapped to create a fresh, cohesive appearance. As with most large marine interior projects, collaboration between trades was essential to achieving the final result. Shipwright and preparation work was carried out by O’Neills Shipwrights , who were responsible for the removal and replacement of fittings, the removal and reinstallation of roof linings, as well as beautiful headboards in the bedrooms.  Interior boat wrapping has become an increasingly popular solution for yacht owners who want to refresh their vessel without committing to a full joinery replacement or refit. Architectural vinyl allows existing cabinetry and panels to be updated quickly and efficiently, dramatically reducing both project costs and downtime. With a wide range of premium finishes available, from timber and stone textures to matte and plaster-style surfaces, owners can completely transform their yacht’s interior while maintaining the integrity of the original build. This 72ft Princess Motor Yacht project demonstrates how a carefully planned interior boat wrap can deliver a modern, high-end finish while preserving key design elements that give the vessel its unique character. By combining Premium Wood NW114 throughout the living spaces with the textured Stucco MLS03 finish in bathrooms and wet areas, the yacht now features a lighter, more contemporary interior that enhances its luxury feel. For yacht owners considering an interior upgrade, architectural wrapping offers a practical and elegant solution that can completely revitalise a vessel while avoiding the complexity of a traditional refit. To see this project in detail head over to our socials and YouTube for a more in-depth look.

  • Exterior Refresh for the Hick 35 Featuring Gloss Boat Blue and a White Stripe

The Hick 35 Bad Habits  recently received a striking new look at Blackwattle Bay Marina with a full vinyl hull wrap designed to enhance both appearance and protection. The project focused on refreshing the vessel’s exterior with a clean, modern finish that would stand out on the water while delivering the durability needed for marine conditions. The scope of works included wrapping both sides of the hull along with the flat section of the transom. Using Gloss Boat Blue (G127) , the transformation gave the vessel a deep, high-shine finish that closely resembles a professional paint job, but with the added benefits of vinyl. The gloss blue enhances the natural lines of the Hick 35, creating a sharp, premium appearance while also protecting the original gelcoat from UV exposure, salt, and everyday wear. To complement the bold colour, a 25mm white accent stripe was installed along both sides of the hull, positioned approximately one-third of the way down from the top. This simple detail adds contrast and visual balance, breaking up the solid blue and giving the boat a timeless yet contemporary marine look. The stripe also helps emphasise the length and profile of the vessel, making it appear even more refined on the water. The transom was finished with new identification graphics, including the boat name Bad Habits  and registration number. Both were produced in white to ensure strong visibility against the gloss blue background. The boat name was installed using the supplied logo, while the registration was applied in Arial at 100mm height to meet requirements. The owner removed the previous registration prior to the works, allowing for a clean and efficient installation. The result is a clean, high-impact finish that gives Bad Habits  a refreshed identity at Blackwattle Bay. The combination of gloss blue vinyl, crisp white detailing, and professional transom graphics delivers a look that is both practical and visually impressive. Vinyl hull wrapping continues to be a popular choice for boat owners looking for a cost-effective alternative to repainting. It offers faster turnaround times, protects the underlying surface, and provides the flexibility to change colours or branding in the future. For this Hick 35, the upgrade delivers lasting protection along with a standout finish that looks right at home on the water. If you’re considering a colour change, custom graphics, or a full marine transformation, the team at Innovative Wraps can help you achieve a professional result that combines performance with visual impact. • Harbour-Ready Event Branding on Starship Sydney

For AIB’s corporate event aboard Starship Sydney , Innovative Wraps delivered precision event graphics that stood out on the water while meeting strict marine installation requirements and tight deadlines. The project involved the production and installation of large-format white AIB logos on the exterior glass and hull areas at the front of the vessel. Positioned on both sides near the main entry, the branding was carefully aligned so the logo sat just forward of the doors and approximately 500mm above deck level. This placement ensured the graphics were highly visible as guests boarded at King Street Wharf and as the vessel cruised through the harbour. Set against the sleek dark glass and modern architecture of Starship Sydney, the crisp white branding created a strong, high-contrast finish that was clearly visible from the wharf, surrounding buildings and passing boats. The scale and positioning allowed the AIB identity and “The Practical Business School” message to read cleanly across the full frontage, turning the vessel into a floating brand statement. The team completed the external installation safely and efficiently. Designed for short-term use, the graphics maintained a premium appearance throughout the event and were removed the following morning without leaving residue or causing damage to the vessel. This project demonstrates Innovative Wraps capability to deliver fast-turnaround, high-impact branding across unique environments, including marine vessels, where precision placement, safety planning and visual impact all matter. From harbour activations and corporate events to large-scale brand experiences, Innovative Wraps helps businesses transform iconic Sydney locations into powerful, memorable brand moments . • Elevating SailGP Sydney with Premium Window Graphics

For SailGP Sydney, presentation was just as important as performance. Set against the backdrop of Sydney Harbour, they required premium window graphics that reflected their prestige and their partners. Innovative Wraps produced and installed large-format printed window films , transforming floor-to-ceiling glass into a bold visual feature. The design showcased Rolex and SailGP branding in high-definition colour, while the specialised film helped reduce glare and heat without blocking natural light or the harbour views. The installation team ensured precise panel alignment and a flawless, bubble-free finish across multiple glass sections. The result was a clean, architectural look that elevated the guest experience and reinforced the premium environment.  Designed for temporary use, the graphics performed throughout the event and were removed cleanly afterwards without damage or residue. From production to installation, this project highlights Innovative Wraps ability to deliver high-quality large-format graphics for major events where timing, precision and visual impact matter. Beyond major events like SailGP, Innovative Wraps supports businesses all year round with innovative wrap solutions for corporate environments , retail spaces, building branding and formal installations. • Satin Ocean Shimmer Hull Wrap Upgrade for a 58ft Fairline Targa

This satin blue was a standout choice for the 58ft Fairline Targa Trinity, perfectly complementing the vessel’s sleek, sporty lines. Installed at D’Albora Marina, The Spit, the new Satin Ocean Shimmer (3M 2080 colour S327) hull wrap gave the boat a fresh, modern presence on the water. The project focused on rewrapping the same hull sections where previous vinyl had been installed. Before any new material was applied, the team carefully removed the existing wrap and waterline stripe to ensure a clean foundation. Proper removal is a critical step in marine wrapping, as it prevents surface imperfections and ensures strong adhesion for the new film. For the new finish, 3M 2080 Satin Ocean Shimmer (S327) was selected. This colour delivers a rich ocean-blue tone with a subtle satin sheen that reduces glare while enhancing the sleek lines of the Fairline Targa. Satin finishes have become increasingly popular in the marine space because they strike the balance between gloss and matte, offering a sophisticated appearance that performs well in harsh sunlight and saltwater environments. To complete the look, a 100mm black stripe was installed along the waterline. This detail not only adds contrast and definition to the hull but also reinforces the vessel’s profile when viewed from a distance. Clean, straight waterline striping requires precision alignment, especially on larger vessels where even minor inconsistencies become highly visible. In addition to the hull wrap , the vessel’s registration was refreshed to match the upgraded appearance. Clean, correctly sized registration graphics are an important finishing detail, ensuring compliance while complementing the overall design. The result is a striking transformation that gives Trinity a fresh, contemporary identity without permanent alteration. Beyond aesthetics, high-quality marine vinyl also provides a protective layer against minor abrasions, UV exposure and general wear, helping to preserve the condition of the original gelcoat. For boat owners looking to modernise their vessel or change colour without committing to paint, a professional hull wrap offers a fast, cost-effective solution. When installed correctly using premium materials, the finish looks seamless, performs in demanding marine conditions, and can be removed or updated in the future as needs change.

  • Custom Vinyl Signage for Patron Tequila at Jones Bay Wharf

At Innovative Wraps we know that when it comes to premium events on the water, presentation is everything. For this a custom vinyl signage was used to transform two luxury vessels, MISCHIEF and DOUBLE, into striking brand showcases. The project demonstrated how high-quality, temporary vinyl graphics can deliver a polished, high-end look while preserving the integrity of the vessels. The brief called for a event rebrand using metallic gold vinyl, chosen to reflect the premium positioning of the Patron El Alto and Patron Tequila partnership. The finish was selected not only for its visual impact, but also for the way it catches natural light on the water, creating a refined, luxury appearance that stands out both during the day and into the evening. On MISCHIEF, the Patron El Alto branding was installed across key guest-facing areas, including the bridge deck glass and the main deck glass door. These placements ensured strong visibility while maintaining the vessel’s sleek, modern aesthetic. Inside the vessel, additional branding was applied to four wine cabinets, creating a cohesive experience that carried the event identity throughout the interior spaces. For DOUBLE, the focus was on high-impact external visibility. Large-format Patron Tequila logos were installed on both sides of the hull, allowing the vessel to function as a floating billboard within the marina. The metallic gold finish complemented the vessel’s exterior and reinforced the premium feel of the event from every angle. Because both vessels operate under the Ahoy Club brand, the project also required the careful removal of existing Ahoy Club decals prior to installation. This step was completed with precision to protect the surfaces and maintain the vessels’ original condition. Following the event, all temporary graphics were removed and the Ahoy Club branding was professionally reinstalled, returning both vessels to their standard presentation without residue or damage. This project highlights the value of custom marine vinyl signage for brand partnerships, corporate events and luxury experiences. With the right materials and expert installation, vessels like MISCHIEF and DOUBLE can be temporarily transformed to reflect a sponsor or event identity, delivering strong visual impact without any permanent alteration. For event organisers and charter operators, custom vinyl graphics offer a smart, professional way to elevate presentation, maximise brand exposure, and maintain operational flexibility. When executed well, the result is seamless, sophisticated and perfectly aligned with the premium standards expected on the water.

  • Architectural Interior Wrap at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley

Innovative Wraps recently completed an architectural interior wrapping project at the award-winning Rydges Resort Hunter Valley, located in Lovedale. As one of the region’s leading hospitality destinations, the resort maintains high standards across its guest rooms and facilities, making quality, durability and presentation essential when undertaking any interior upgrade. The project involved refreshing the cabinetry within a hotel guest bedroom. Rather than replacing the existing joinery, which would have increased costs, waste and room downtime, the resort opted for an architectural vinyl wrap solution . Innovative Wraps applied premium LX Benif SW012 architectural film to the cabinetry fronts and edges, delivering a seamless, modern finish while preserving the original structure. In busy hotel environments, refurbishment work must be efficient and minimally disruptive to operations. Architectural interior wrapping allows rooms to be updated quickly, enabling properties to maintain availability for guests while progressively improving their interiors. The selected LX Benif SW012 finish provides a clean, contemporary appearance designed to withstand the daily wear and tear typical of hospitality settings. Architectural interior wrapping continues to be a practical solution for businesses looking to upgrade kitchens, cabinetry, lifts and other interior surfaces with minimal disruption. For hospitality operators in particular, it offers a flexible way to carry out staged refurbishments while maintaining day-to-day operations. If you’re planning an interior refresh and want a durable, cost-effective alternative to replacement, Innovative Wraps can help deliver a professional finish that enhances your space and extends the life of your existing assets. For this project, iWraps delivered custom event branding for Marriott Bonvoy aboard the charter yacht Oneworld , transforming the vessel into a floating brand experience for an exclusive evening event at Jones Bay Wharf. Precision Event Branding for a Luxury Charter Yacht With a tight same-day installation schedule, our team installed multiple custom vinyl signage elements across key exterior surfaces of Oneworld. Branding was applied to both sides of the vessel, the door and the front window, all produced to exact specifications using client-supplied artwork, correct colour matching and trademarked logos.
