EXPLORE OUR BOAT NAME PORTFOLIO

Stainless steel and LED boat names are the most durable way to display a vessel's name and hailing port. Our nameplate projects in this gallery include brushed and mirror-polished 316 marine-grade stainless letters, backlit LED names, halo-lit installations, and combined stainless-and-LED setups.

316 stainless is the standard for marine nameplates – it handles salt spray, UV, and constant wash-downs without corroding. LED components are sealed for marine use, wired to vessel power, and designed to run for years without replacement. Letter heights typically range from 50mm on tenders to 300mm+ on superyacht transoms.

Each project starts with font selection, layout proofing against the actual transom curve, and a template fit before fabrication. Installation usually takes one day on-vessel, with the fabrication and finishing handled in our workshop beforehand. Mounting uses concealed stainless studs and marine adhesive – no visible fixings.

The vessels in this portfolio include private motor yachts, sailing yachts, sportfishers, and charter boats across Sydney and the Gold Coast. Each before-and-after shows what a properly fabricated nameplate does for a transom – and why it outlasts vinyl name decals by a decade or more.
