Four Winns 240 Transformed with Gloss Black Hull Wrap

Innovative Wraps has recently finished a comprehensive exterior vinyl hull wrap on a Four Winns 240, providing a striking visual enhancement with a classic gloss black finish. The installation took place at Short Marine, where our team executed the project with meticulous precision and a strong focus on detail. 

This careful approach not only improves the vessel's aesthetic but also increases its durability. The project involved wrapping the entire hull in Gloss Black G12 vinyl, giving the Four Winns 240 a sharp, modern look that completely redefined its presence on the water. With no existing wrap or graphics to remove, the hull was carefully prepared to ensure optimal adhesion and a smooth, high-gloss finish that reflects the quality of both the material and workmanship.

Gloss black remains one of the most popular choices for hull wraps, not only for its striking aesthetic but also for its practical benefits. Marine-grade vinyl offers excellent resistance to UV exposure, saltwater and general wear, protecting the original gelcoat while providing a cost-effective alternative to repainting. In addition to the hull wrap, new vinyl registration signage was installed to replace the existing markings. 

The registration was applied in white vinyl, sized at 150mm in height and positioned in the same location as the previous registration. The crisp contrast between the white lettering and the gloss black hull ensures excellent visibility while maintaining a clean, uncluttered look. This project commenced was completed to align with the owner’s vision of a refined, understated finish without additional stripes or graphics.
