Every successful interior transformation begins with a clear vision rather than a complete rebuild.
For the 84ft SALT, the objective was to retain the yacht's original craftsmanship while introducing a more contemporary aesthetic through carefully selected architectural wraps and premium interior finishes.
The result is a brighter, more refined living space that feels entirely renewed while remaining true to the vessel's character.
The Design Brief

Every successful interior transformation starts with understanding how the space is used. For the 84ft SALT, the objective was to modernise selected areas of the interior while retaining the warmth and craftsmanship of the original timber joinery.
By combining premium architectural wraps with carefully selected finishes, the project aimed to create a brighter, more contemporary environment without the cost or disruption of a full refit.
The Original Interior

Before the transformation began, SALT featured beautifully crafted timber joinery throughout the main living spaces. Rich timber finishes, custom cabinetry and curved detailing reflected the yacht's original craftsmanship, creating a warm and timeless interior.
While these materials remained in excellent condition, the darker finishes gave the interior a more traditional appearance, making some spaces feel visually heavier than desired.
Rather than replacing quality joinery, the objective was to preserve the original craftsmanship while introducing a lighter, more contemporary aesthetic through carefully selected architectural finishes.
Bringing the Design to Life

Every stage of the installation was carefully planned to ensure a seamless transformation while preserving the yacht's original craftsmanship. Rather than replacing existing joinery, premium architectural films were precisely applied to selected surfaces, allowing the interior to evolve without unnecessary disruption.
Each area required meticulous preparation and attention to detail. From the wheelhouse window surrounds to the accommodation spaces, every finish was installed to complement the yacht's existing design, creating a lighter, more contemporary interior while respecting the character of the original build.
A New Interior Experience

The transformation extended beyond individual surfaces, redefining how the interior feels as a whole. Carefully selected textured architectural finishes introduced a lighter colour palette, subtle texture and a more contemporary aesthetic, creating spaces that feel brighter, more open and more inviting.
By preserving the yacht's original cabinetry and enhancing it with premium finishes, the project achieved a refined balance between modern luxury and timeless craftsmanship. The result is an interior that feels completely refreshed while remaining true to the character of SALT.
Surface Protection

Beyond the visual transformation, the project also included premium surface protection for high-use areas throughout the yacht.
A clear protective film was applied to the glass table surfaces, helping minimise scratches, everyday wear, and accidental damage while preserving the original clarity and finish.
The result is a practical, nearly invisible solution that extends the life of frequently used surfaces without compromising the yacht's refined appearance.
The Finished Interior

SALT demonstrates how marine interior wrapping can transform a yacht without compromising its original craftsmanship. By carefully combining architectural finishes, premium materials and expert installation, the project delivers an interior that feels brighter, more contemporary and unmistakably refined.
Rather than undertaking a costly full refit, the owners achieved a remarkable visual transformation while preserving the yacht's original character. The result is a timeless interior designed to be enjoyed for many years to come.
