The Innovative Wraps team spent a day at The Quays Marine over the weekend to wrap this beautiful Beneteau Oceanis 40.1 3M Dark Grey (S261) vinyl was applied on the hull and we topped it off with a Silver Metallic stripe. The Interior Wrap in Prego was done by the Innovative Wraps team at Soldier's Point Marina. For this project we removed the existing upholstery covering from the side of the walls and two small cabinets in the saloon. The walls required sanding and cleaning before we installed the wrap. The materials we used for this project was from the LG Hausys range, LG ML31 which is a Warm Beige colour. Thanks Peter for allowing us to be a part of this project. Bayliner is one of the world's largest boat makers, so it's no real surprise that we have had many of them come through over the years for a wrap. This one specifically was done at White bay 6 by us, Innovate Wraps. It was originally blue and looking quite dull from UV damage and other elements from the water, which you can see at the start of the video. It now looks fresh and new again in the Gloss Black, we are super happy with the results. We want to thank the owners for trusting us and allowing us to be a part of this! We recently supplied a great customer with a new stainless boat sign. With many fonts and designs to choose from, in the end they went with the Rubik style font which really gives the boat name a modern look with a shiny polished finished. A recent project done here in Gosford, NSW. The full wrap, inside and the outside of the hull (except underneath) of a Bayliner 215 for a good customer. Our designer came up with a terrific design, exactly what the customer wanted utilising a carbon fiber pattern over a black background with some abstract art incorporating the copper/bronze tones that were wanted for the makeover. Todd Burton from Premium Marine Flooring (www.premiummarineflooring.com.au) who is the NSW distributor for Ultralon U-Dek then completed the look with a custom CNC cut durable foam decking installation. It's surprising just how much time these jobs take with 9 man days being soaked up by this project for the design, print and wrap. The devil is in the detail, with the assembly and re-assembly of the boat taking up a large amount of time. To get the best possible finish access hatches were installed on the inside walls of the bow to allow us to reach the bolts on the back of the cleats and front handles so these could be removed and sprayed black. We took off the windscreen, wake tower, removed the seats, the air vents, the speakers, the engine cover, handles, etc. It was all worth it in the end, as the customer was stoked with the result and the transformation of the boat, all with vinyl and foam!

The Innovative Wraps team recently gave this 28ft Bertram "Miss Lady" a new hull wrap, boot stripe and boat name sign. To make this boat really stand out and look a little more tidy, the customer chose the satin key west colour for the hull wrap. A 75mm gold boot stripe was installed, and to match, a new boat name "Miss Lady" in gold on the transom. See the project pics below for the transformation. The Innovative Wraps team recently supplied a new stainless steel LED backlit boat name for a 2014 Azimut 55S. It's a shame we won't be able to see the sign in person as the boat lives in Melbourne. The owner of the boat requested the sign to be 100% waterproof as it will be installed on the transom and will go under water at times. Here are the specifications. Recently the IMCOATING team was commissioned to supply and install a stainless steel LED backlit boat name for a 28m Sunseeker ”ULTRAVIOLET” by High Tide Marine in Rozelle, Sydney. We supplied a full RGB (RED GREEN BLUE) system so the customer could choose whatever colour they wanted, but also pick exactly the right kind of purple they wanted. The name was installed over the weekend before the boat left for the warm sunny north.

Recently the Innovative Marine Coatings team has supplied and installed a range of stainless steel boat names including: HIMEROS A solid mirror stainless steel boat name 3mm thick with a custom curve to meet the curve of the transom of the boat. CHAOS A half side-lit back-lit LED boat name with mirror stainless steel on top and 1/2 way down the sides. This included a custom coloured dot in the middle of the A to suit the current branding of the owner. SUNSHINE A back-lit LED stainless steel boat name with another twist...RGB (Red/Green/Blue) LEDs to give a multi-colour sign to truly stand out at night with a remote control to turn on/off, strobe, change colours, and make it suit the party!

For this project the customer had supplied the materials and only required the Innovative Wraps team to install the vinyl on the hull. Another project done in the popular 3M Gloss Boat Blue (G127). The Innovative Wraps team spent a couple of days at White Bay 6 wrapping the hull of this 38ft Sea Ray Sundancer. We've done quite a few of these over the years too. It was all hands on deck getting this boat wrapped before the sun went down. For the final touches we applied a new boat rego in white. The Innovative Marine coatings team had a lot of fun wrapping this 25ft Ranger Tug down at Fenwicks Marina despite the weather not being in our favour that weekend. You can see in the before and after pictures below how faded and run down its appearance was before we applied the new 3M vinyl wrap on the hull. Malcolm, who is the owner of this boat wanted to keep the same colour, which is the very popular Boat Blue (G127) with a white boot stripe to match the boat name and registration. This stunning Murray 50 Yacht was wrapped by the Innovative Marine Coatings team over at Woolwich Dock. Based on our experience, we find that 3M has the best durability and it's become our preferred choice over other brands for most, if not all of our projects. For this job we used 3M 1080 Satin Key West Film (S57) to wrap the hull and Gloss Black for the boot stripe. As for the finishing touches, the boat name LUCINA was also installed in white which looks nice against the Key West colour. The innovative Marine Coatings team spent the day at The Quays Marina to wrap this Axopar using 3M Paint Protection Film (PPF). Over the years we have worked across many boats and have found that not all paint jobs are the same. Some boats just have a softer paint on them compared to others, just like this one. The clear film works as a shield to protect the paint from damages against different elements without having to change the colour or the design of your boat.
