Another project done in the popular 3M Gloss Boat Blue (G127). The Innovative Wraps team spent a couple of days at White Bay 6 wrapping the hull of this 38ft Sea Ray Sundancer. We've done quite a few of these over the years too. It was all hands on deck getting this boat wrapped before the sun went down. For the final touches we applied a new boat rego in white. The Innovative Marine coatings team had a lot of fun wrapping this 25ft Ranger Tug down at Fenwicks Marina despite the weather not being in our favour that weekend. You can see in the before and after pictures below how faded and run down its appearance was before we applied the new 3M vinyl wrap on the hull. This stunning Murray 50 Yacht was wrapped by the Innovative Marine Coatings team over at Woolwich Dock. We are extremely happy to be a part of this transformation on this 38ft Yacht. Based on our experience, we find that 3M has the best durability and it's become our preferred choice over other brands for most, if not all of our projects. For this job we used 3M 1080 Satin Key West Film (S57) to wrap the hull and Gloss Black for the boot stripe. As for the finishing touches, the boat name LUCINA was also installed in white which looks nice against the Key West colour. Our project on the beautiful Suzy Q was done awhile back but we wanted to add this video to our new website. The innovative Marine Coatings team spent the day at The Quays Marina to wrap this Axopar using 3M Paint Protection Film (PPF). Over the years we have worked across many boats and have found that not all paint jobs are the same. Some boats just have a softer paint on them compared to others, just like this one. The clear film works as a shield to protect the paint from damages against different elements without having to change the colour or the design of your boat. Done in 2015 by the Innovative Marine Coatings team in Balmain, Sydney. We found this old video from our early days stashed away in our archives and wanted to share it on our website. This Four Winns was originally in blue and was experiencing some discolouring making the boat look a little tired in its appearance. We were super thankful the owners had asked our team to be a part of this project. We used 3M metallic gloss black on the hull and red and silver stripes to round it off which looks great against the black hull. This stunning Gran Turismo Fairline 58 was owned by a boating syndicate company who were in need of a flash make over for the Sydney Boat Show back in 2016. Boat stripes are the finishing touches on boats. They are a decorative addition that adds colour that can give your boat a little personality and can even make your boat appear to look longer depending on where you apply it. It’s amazing how a narrow stripe that runs from one end to the other will give your boat that well-rounded and finished look. This project was done for our friends at Chapman Marine Group. Before it went to the new owners, the Innovative Marine Coatings team installed a Gloss Dark Red stripe just above the waterline (boot stripe) which looks great against the black hull. Innovative Marine Coatings was proud to be part of the Sail GP team in 2019, and now again in 2020 to help get the vessels looking just right! With Sydney 2019 being the first event of the new Sail GP series, there was a lot to do from wrapping and branding the turn marks, to getting the rescue, timing and team captain boats branded. The sponsor spectator superyachts OneWorld, Masteka 2 and Sahana also got branded for the event along with a fleet of smaller spectator boats. We wanted to add this video to our new website and show you this Chris Craft 28 that had seen better days. The old gel coat was badly faded so the Innovative Marines Coating team gave the hull a new wrap and pinstripes. The team at Innovative Marine Coatings were down at the Fenwicks Marina to give this Halvorsen 54 Custom a wrap that was once dark blue to a now stunning storm grey.
