The Dehler 44 SQ was transformed at The Boat Works, Coomera, with a full vinyl wrap across the hull and transom.
Finished in Blue Metallic G227, the new exterior is complemented by crisp white waterline stripes, creating a refined contrast that accentuates the yacht’s sleek profile.
Preparing the Hull
Before wrapping began, the Dehler 44 SQ was prepared for its new exterior finish. With no existing vinyl wrap to remove, the focus could shift to creating a clean foundation for the transformation ahead.
Choosing the Right Blue
Selecting the right finish was an important part of the transformation. Blue Metallic G227 was chosen to give the Dehler 44 SQ a richer, more contemporary blue while maintaining the yacht’s distinctive character.
The metallic finish adds depth and subtle variation as the light changes, bringing out the clean lines of the hull.
A Blue Metallic Transformation
The hull and transom were fully wrapped in Blue Metallic G227, creating a consistent finish across the yacht’s exterior. Careful application around the contours and detailing ensured a clean, seamless result throughout.
Waterline Detailing
To complete the new look, 100 mm and 25 mm white waterline stripes were added, creating a crisp contrast against the Blue Metallic finish and giving the hull a clean, balanced profile.

The completed wrap gives the Dehler 44 SQ a completely refreshed presence. The combination of the metallic blue hull and crisp waterline detailing delivers a sophisticated, contemporary finish while retaining the yacht’s distinctive character.
